When assisting clients in using our software product (hereinafter, the Software), SCINERO SOFTWARE LIMITED employees remotely connect to the client's computer with the Software installed in order to provide technical support. To prevent accidental access to the Personal Data stored on that computer, the client undertakes to limit or delete sensitive Personal Data. SCINERO SOFTWARE LIMITED guarantees that, when providing technical support, its employees will be limited to helping customers use the Software, without any processing of Personal Data (except for the processing necessary to provide technical support).
Final clauses
SCINERO SOFTWARE LIMITED has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Privacy Notice with the obligatory indication of the date of the last change in this Privacy Notice.
