Anexet is a product that protects corporate data while giving you a full set of tools to analyze employee performance. It optimizes your business processes and strengthens both economic and information security.
Who is Anexet for?
Anexet is built for organizations of any size, from a handful of workstations to thousands. Because every business depends on the competence and integrity of its employees, internal security is essential for any company.
How can Anexet be used to obtain evidence in criminal cases?
Anexet session recordings (such as screen and video captures or audio recordings), records of rule violations, and session logs can serve as forensic evidence, including in formal investigations. That said, we recommend consulting your legal counsel before using data collected by Anexet in any legal or police proceedings.
Sales and Pricing
How is Anexet licensed?
Each Anexet product is licensed by the number of monitored users and the software modules you include. You can use Anexet on a subscription basis or purchase a perpetual license. You can also use Anexet free of charge during the trial period.
How much does Anexet cost?
Pricing is always individual — it depends on the number of monitored users, the modules you choose, and your license model (subscription or perpetual). Contact us for a quote tailored to your organization.
What is the trial version of the Anexet system?
It is a full-featured version of Anexet Ultimate, limited to 30 calendar days and up to 25 controlled computers. The trial activates automatically once you install it. If you combine agents with centralized network interception during the trial, list the computers you want monitored explicitly — otherwise the system defaults to whichever 25 endpoints connect first each day.

Capability Questions
Can I see which applications my team members use?
Yes. You can see which apps your team members use, how long they spend in each one, and more.
Does Anexet provide individual reports on employees?
Yes. Anexet not only collects employee activity statistics but also builds a detailed report for each employee, highlighting your most productive users.
Can I create security rules to prevent users from visiting unwanted sites?
Yes. Anexet includes HTTP/HTTPS request blocking with separate controls for GET, POST, and PUT requests, which lets you stop users from visiting sites that violate your company's security policy.
Is it possible to hide the agent on the user's computer?
Yes. Keep in mind, however, that the agent-hiding feature can conflict with some antivirus software, so you may need to adjust a few antivirus settings.
Does Anexet help with regulatory compliance?
Anexet helps you comply with data protection and internal security requirements by giving you visibility into data flows, blocking policies, and audit-ready reports. Anexet itself does not hold or claim any compliance certification — meeting a specific regulation's requirements remains your organization's responsibility.
Technical issues
Do you have access to our data?
No. The databases are deployed inside your own organization, so Scinero never has access to your data.
What is Anexet Agent?
We recommend installing the Anexet agent to get the most out of Anexet. The agent is a standalone application that runs on the end user's computer, server, or virtual machine, where it monitors the user's actions.
How much memory do I need to store the database?
As a rough estimate, plan for about 1.5 GB of data per user per month. For example: 50 users * 12 months (one year) * 1.5 GB = 900 GB. That is the amount of free disk space you would need to store the captured data from 50 users over a year.
Are Linux and macOS systems supported?
Yes. Anexet agents run on Windows, Linux, and macOS (including Apple Silicon), so you can monitor mixed-OS environments from one console. There is no mobile agent for iOS or Android.
Can Anexet convert voice messages and calls to text?
Yes. Anexet transcribes speech from voice calls into text, making it easier to analyze employee behavior in depth. It can also read and analyze text that appears in images.
Can Anexet integrate with our SIEM?
Yes. Anexet exports events and reports over Syslog and other standard export formats, so you can feed them into your existing SIEM. There isn't a pre-built plugin for a specific SIEM vendor — integration is done through the Syslog feed.
