Introducing the New Version of Scinero Anexet
The latest release of Scinero Anexet focuses on automating routine information security workflows with AI-powered capabilities while significantly expanding monitoring, analytics, and data transfer control functionality.
Enhanced AI Capabilities
The new version introduces AI-powered post-processing of security incidents. Two operating modes are available:
- Automatic incident status assignment
- False positive filtering with notifications only for potentially risky events
To improve analysis accuracy, administrators can provide additional instructions and context for AI models. The system interface now also includes AI processing statistics and result tracking.
In addition, Scinero Anexet now supports multimodal AI models, enabling analysis of not only text documents and communications but also other file formats. Both cloud-based and on-premises AI models are supported, allowing organizations to process data entirely within their own infrastructure without requiring internet access or transferring sensitive information outside the corporate perimeter.
Video Monitoring Module Fully Redesigned
The video monitoring module has been completely updated.
Users can now view active applications and productivity metrics directly within recordings. A new activity timeline provides quick navigation by displaying the applications and websites used at specific moments during a recording, as well as those currently active during live monitoring sessions.
The new functionality enables administrators to:
- Quickly locate specific applications in historical recordings and jump directly to the relevant video segment, significantly reducing investigation time
- Adjust video playback speed
- Export multi-channel audio either as separate tracks or as a single audio file
Watermarks for Sensitive Data Protection
Scinero Anexet now includes a watermarking mechanism designed to control employee interactions with sensitive information.
The system can display personalized watermarks on employee screens with configurable settings, including:
- Transparency
- Font style
- Rotation angle
- Display conditions
Watermarks can be configured to appear only when specific applications are used or when designated websites are accessed.
This feature helps reduce the risk of data leakage and simplifies identification of individuals responsible for unauthorized disclosures.
New Features in the User Activity Module
The module now includes a customizable User Profile dashboard that provides key information for each employee:
- Incidents and recent events
- Productivity indicators
- Summary analytics
- Active processes and connected devices
Data is displayed in real time, allowing administrators to quickly navigate to relevant events. Audio and video monitoring can also be launched directly from the interface, and comprehensive reports can be generated for selected users.
Integration with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
For organizations using cloud infrastructure, Scinero Anexet now provides integration with Microsoft 365.
The new connector enables email interception and monitoring without deploying endpoint agents.
Integration with Microsoft Entra ID has also been added, allowing automatic synchronization of user profiles within cloud-based environments.
Bluetooth Data Transfer Monitoring and Control
Files transferred via Bluetooth can now be analyzed for sensitive content and compliance with security policies.
Additional capabilities include:
- Blocking Bluetooth file transfers
- Content-aware blocking rules
- Display of intercepted files within the management console
Wi-Fi Network and Signal Monitoring
The system now displays all Wi-Fi networks detected on monitored workstations, including connection type and signal strength information.
Network visibility is also available through the agent topology view.
This functionality helps determine whether employees are working from the office, remotely, or from potentially insecure environments, enabling better assessment of data leakage risks.
Device Location Monitoring
The platform can now track workstation geolocation and detect deviations from expected locations.
Key capabilities include:
- Assigning devices to approved locations
- Displaying workstations and office locations on a map
- Detecting unexpected movements and location changes
This functionality is particularly valuable for monitoring remote employees and identifying unauthorized device relocation.
Linux Support for Management Consoles
The latest version introduces Linux support for both the Administrator and Client Consoles.
Scinero Anexet Client Console and Administrator Console can now run on Linux workstations via Wine while maintaining full functionality available in the Windows versions.
Expanded macOS Agent Capabilities
The macOS agent has been significantly enhanced and now supports:
- Screen video recording
- Webcam recording
- Microphone audio recording
This enables comprehensive employee monitoring regardless of the operating system in use.
New Communication Channels Supported
Scinero Anexet now provides monitoring of messages and file transfers in the following platform — Aitu Super App.
Both web and desktop versions are supported.
Flexible Report Retention Policies
Organizations can now configure report retention periods with greater flexibility.
This functionality allows administrators to define storage intervals that meet business and compliance requirements while reducing overall system load.
Additional Improvements
- Productivity charts and working time visualization
- Display of most frequently used websites and applications
