Supply Chain Data Security for Logistics

Anexet gives carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics operators on-premise control over how customer, shipment, and partner data moves — across email, messengers, web, cloud, and removable drives.

Why data leaks hit logistics hardest

A single forwarded manifest or a copied customer book can hand a competitor your routes, rates, and clients overnight.

Logistics runs on shared data: shipping manifests, customs paperwork, rate sheets, consignee details, and carrier contracts pass between dispatchers, warehouse staff, drivers, and outside partners every day. Much of that workforce is mobile, remote, or split across depots, far from the security team's line of sight.

Anexet runs on-premise — the vendor never touches your data — and watches activity right on the endpoint, so you can see where shipment and customer data travels, get alerted when it leaves through the wrong channel, and block transfers that break policy before a manifest reaches a personal inbox or a USB stick.

Where logistics data slips out

  • Customer & shipment-data leaks

Manifests, consignee lists, and rate sheets forwarded to personal email, messengers, or cloud drives — by mistake or by a leaving employee.

  • Uncontrolled transfers to partners

Files moved to carriers, brokers, and subcontractors over chat, FTP, or USB with no record of what left or to whom.

  • A distributed, mobile workforce

Dispatchers, depot teams, and remote staff working off-site, where a hands-off setup leaves data movement invisible.

How Anexet protects logistics operations

One on-premise platform — data-leak prevention, employee monitoring, and asset inventory — built for teams spread across depots, the road, and home offices.

Watch every channel shipment data crosses

Corporate email, 25+ messengers and team chats, web uploads, cloud storage, and FTP are intercepted on the endpoint, with send-blocking (Advanced) that stops a manifest or rate sheet from leaving through a channel it shouldn't.

Lock down USB drives and removable media

Device and removable-media control (Advanced) governs what can be copied to USB sticks, external disks, and connected hardware, while shadow copies keep an exact record of every file written to a device — so a warehouse PC can't quietly export your customer book.

Cross-platform agents on Windows, Linux, and macOS extend the same monitoring and policies to off-site and work-from-home users, while reports, dashboards, real-time alerts, and SIEM integration (Premium) give security a single view across every location.

Transport & Logistics FAQ

Common questions about using Anexet across carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics operators.

How does Anexet protect shipment and customer data?

Anexet monitors how shipment manifests, consignee and customer records, rate sheets, and partner contracts move across email, messengers, web, cloud, FTP, and removable drives, and can block transfers that break your policies (Advanced) before the data leaves the endpoint.

Anexet uses cross-platform agents on Windows, Linux, and macOS to extend the same monitoring and policies to dispatchers, depot machines, and work-from-home staff. Note that agents run on desktop and laptop endpoints; there are no mobile-phone agents.

Device and removable-media control (Advanced) governs what can be copied to USB sticks and external hardware, while shadow copies record every file written to a device. Channel interception with send-blocking covers transfers to partners over email, chat, cloud, and FTP.

Anexet helps your organization support requirements such as GDPR and regional data-protection and data-residency laws by controlling data movement, logging access, and producing incident reports. Anexet itself is not a certification and does not replace your legal or audit assessment.

Anexet is deployed on-premise inside your own perimeter — the vendor has no access to your data, and an optional on-prem AI model analyzes incidents locally with nothing sent over the internet, which also supports data-residency requirements. Pricing is available on request: tell us your environment and endpoint count and we'll recommend the right plan — Standard, Advanced, or Premium.
