Anexet`s February 2026 update enhances operational efficiency with advanced device control, automated reporting, and faster risk response tools for modern security teams.

Preferred Webcam Selection for Scheduled Recording

You can now select a preferred webcam for scheduled video recording directly within Agent Profiles. Device addition now supports mask input. Furthermore, webcam settings can be exported, imported, and quickly applied to agent profiles. Please note that microphone selection for audio recording was implemented in the same manner last year.

Scheduled Automatic Report Saving

A new option allows for the automatic saving of reports to a specific directory on the Reports Server according to a schedule. You can configure auto-save parameters on the new Saving tab within the report settings. The visual design of the tabs has also been updated.

Bulk Comment Management for Incidents

In the Security Policies module, you can now add, delete, and edit comments for multiple incidents simultaneously. These options are available in the context menu when selecting multiple incidents. This simple yet feature can save users many hours of manual work.

Increased Limit for Top Active Users in Activity Reports

For the table view of the User Activity, the limit for displaying the most active users has been increased. You can now view data for up to 100 users, compared to the previous limit of 20.

User Nickname and Phone Number Saved in Chat Exports

When exporting chat logs to a file, the user’s nickname and phone number are now saved. Previously, this information was visible only in the viewer and not included in the saved document.

Immediate Notifications in Risk Analysis

The Risk Analysis module now supports immediate notification dispatch as soon as at least one user reaches the threshold for a mailing condition. Previously, notifications for all monitored users were bundled into a single email sent at 00:00, which was not always convenient.

Multi-Select in Risk Category Filters

In the Risk Analysis module, multi-select functionality has been added to the risk category filter. This small improvement makes working with the module significantly more comfortable.
